Nicolas Jabbour – CEO
As the CEO of Cedrus, Digital Transformation Solutions, Nicolas Jabbour has the overall responsibility of delivering high level, high impact solutions and products to help Cedrus’ customers succeed in their Digital Transformation in the era of the Cloud.
Nicolas is an entrepreneur and a technology veteran. His strong leadership and remarkable vision led to a proven execution record. His experience in founding, growing, and developing businesses in Europe, the middle East, and the US, gave him a significant edge: he understands what it takes to compete and succeed in a connected world where technology innovation lies at the heart of business value.
Previously, Nicolas was the President and Group CEO of Capital Banking Solutions (CBS), a leading banking software company with its solutions used by banks and financial institutions worldwide. Before joining CBS, Nicolas was a founding partner and CEO of Prolifics, successfully transforming the company from a niche software development company to one of the largest IBM Software Group partners.
Prior to arriving in the US, Nicolas grew and managed multiple software startups in France and Europe, and was heavily involved in providing large-scale, government funded solutions for Eastern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East regions.
Nicolas holds a Master’s in Engineering in Information Systems and a BS in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth (ESIB), Lebanon.
Kyle Watson – Managing Partner, Information Security
As a Cedrus Managing Partner, Kyle Watson helps clients address complex challenges in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Identity Governance. He leads the Cedrus Information Security Line of Business, building strong relationships with clients and vendors such as Netskope and SailPoint.
Kyle is an accomplished executive consultant with more than 20 years of success in helping financial services and healthcare organizations define strategies to deliver value-driven Information Security solutions. He has in-depth insight into the governance and process required to make security tools work and the ability to translate this guidance into actionable settings and policy configurations within security architecture. This, along with his innate ability to grasp what it takes for businesses to adopt and leverage technology, enables Kyle to deliver the correct outcomes to business and clients.
Through his knowledge and experience, Kyle has transformed businesses. For John Hancock Financial Services, he designed and delivered the official Global Unique Identified (GUID) standard and technology that enhanced the quality of data, improved security posture, reduced onboarding efforts, and cleansed over 11,000 orphan accounts.
While with Prolifics as Vice President, the company became the #1 Security Reseller and the first AAA Accredited Security IBM Partner with “A List” status for Security Services. He also directed the implementation of a multimillion dollar federated identity management, user provisioning, and single sign-on solution for large utility, healthcare, insurance, and automotive clients that reduced risks, minimized complexity, strengthened security posture, and improved quality delivery of IT services.

Mike Chadwick – SVP of Sales and Business Development
As Partner and Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Mike Chadwick is responsible for determining the sales and business development strategy, as well as identifying, building, and executing strategic partnerships.
Mike brings with him over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, managing all aspects of sales, marketing, technical sales, and business development in information technology and consulting services. Mike’s passion for helping customers get more value out of IT coupled with Cedrus’s approach has enabled countless successful implementations and innovations—all resulting from business and IT working closely together as a team.
His passion lies in his belief that architects, consultants, design strategists all need to recognize the purpose of IT and be capable of understanding the art of the possible—to technically recommend innovative solutions that will make the business more effective. He also believes that although technology continually evolves and enables more capabilities, that to be truly transformative this evolution must be combined with an in-depth understanding of the business.
Mike graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Hanna Aljaliss is the overall Practice Lead and Chief Solution Architect for customer engagements around process automation, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. Hanna leads a team of lab engineers and field consultants who focus on developing business accelerators and innovations that reshape and transform business operations.
Hanna has more than 15 years of consultancy experience focused on healthcare, finance, pharmaceutical, and retail. With his passion for excellence and perfection, along with an inherent ability to manage and motivate team members, Hanna has successfully led the implementation of several multimillion-dollar enterprise projects from Inception to Go-Live, helping organizations quickly realize a return on investment (ROI) from their business process optimization initiatives.
For a recent customer initiative, Hanna led the effort to develop a digital process automation platform that helped a healthcare provider’s business operation team to significantly optimize their provider demographic data intake process leveraging artificial intelligence and robotic process automation technologies leading to a 30% increase in overall operation productivity.
Hanna graduated from the University of Aleppo, Syria, with a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, and earned a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey, UK.
